ASB SEE supports women’s economic future through the “Her Future” project
Through cooperation between municipalities, institutions, and local stakeholders, the “Her Future” project is creating new opportunities for women entrepreneurs to learn, connect, and grow their businesses.
As part of the project, NEXA regional networks have been established as spaces for support, cooperation, and connection. These networks enable women entrepreneurs to exchange experiences, build valuable contacts, and access practical support throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.
The project has also strengthened cooperation between municipalities, institutions, and local stakeholders, ensuring that the community works together to support women entrepreneurs. Through this joint action, local actors are contributing to the creation of a more supportive environment for women’s economic empowerment and business development.

The grant scheme has opened concrete opportunities for women and girls by providing access to training, mentoring, and equipment to help them develop and grow their business ideas.
Women entrepreneurs are at the centre of the “Her Future” project—as drivers of change, sources of inspiration, and examples of strength and success. Their experiences demonstrate the importance of perseverance, knowledge, cooperation, and continued support in building sustainable businesses.
ASB South East Europe is proud to contribute, together with PREDA Plus Foundation and other partners, to creating better conditions for women entrepreneurs and supporting their journey towards greater economic independence.
