Empowering Women in Rural Kosovo!
In March, the EU-funded WIntegra project, led by ASB South East Europe and WEtrepreneur in partnership with local municipalities, hosted two inspiring events that brought together 94 women from rural Kosovo for creativity, skill-building, and empowerment. @eu.programmeskosovo
Held in Dragash/Dragaš, Graçanicë/Gračanica, and Novobërdë/Novo Brdo, the sessions focused on:
– Overcoming Cultural Barriers to Gender Equality
– Career Selection & Labor Market Integration
These initiatives helped participants develop valuable skills, express their creativity, and build stronger community connections.
By staying aligned with its mission and fostering economic and social integration, WIntegra is creating more opportunities for women in rural areas, paving the way for a more inclusive future.
