During the late August, focus group discussions took place in Surdulica and VladiΔin Han, Serbia, sparking a conversation between beneficiaries who finalized VETs and attended workshops, the lecturers, representatives of the schools, Roma organizations and Centers for Social Work, representatives of the local government units and other interested parties.
The feedback is so valuable for the project team, helping us improve the aid we provide, paying more attention and directing efforts towards the topics most valued among the beneficiaries.
Some of the topics we covered included: benefits brought by the project, quality of the delivered programs, quality of cooperation between organizations, institutions and individuals involved in the project implementation, useful tool for inclusion of vulnerable categories into the labor market, satisfaction of the youth involved in the project, etc.
