                                            Beneficiary Support And Identification Officer

 

Implementation of the Beneficiary Identification Component of the EU funded project

Main responsibilities:

• Organising beneficiary Selection Committees in the respective project municipalities
• Perform selection of project beneficiaries
• Perform field visits to potential beneficiaries
• Coordinate field assessment with relevant technical project staff
• Provide identification of furniture need for families receiving new housing unit/village houses
• Prepare D-base on selected project beneficiaries and assemble individual files per family including selection documentation, works progress and photo documentation
• Identify, in Coordination with PR Coordinator, Stories of Interest in every municipality
• Support the technical staff in preparation of Tender dossiers for BoQ for selected beneficiaries
• Provide technical and Admin support to remaining team members
• All other duties as directed by the Project Coordinator / Engineer

 

Necessary qualifications:

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Civil sector
• Valid drivers’ license
• Proficient knowledge of English and Serbian language
• Good computer literacy and related programmes
