On December 14th, 15th and 16th, the training “๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ด๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐-๐๐ฝ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐” took place in Banja Vruฤica in Tesliฤ, for members of the IRIS network in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The training is a part of the project “๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ๐น๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐” which is implemented by LIR CD in partnership with ASB South East Europe, funded by Delegation of European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Representatives of organizations, members of the IRIS Network, discussed what kind of monitoring and evaluation system the IRIS Network needs.
The conversation went on about the evaluation processes and the importance of this process for the strategic operation of the IRIS network, identifying key questions from the document “Analysis of deficiencies and improvement of social services and social innovation for the vulnerable groups”.
Finally, working together and divided in groups, participants exchanged experience and knowledge on topics of the initial plan of monitoring key problems, assessments of outcomes and political influence, and the recommended content of the shadow reports.
