Raising Awareness, Empowering Women!
As part of the EU-funded project “Support for the Integration of Women in the Rural Municipalities of Kosovo – WIntegra”, impactful events took place in the Community Engagement Centers in three beneficiary municipalities: Dragash/Dragaš, Gračanica/Graçanica, and Novo Brdo/Novobërd.
The focus? Domestic Violence: Prevention, Impact, and Consequences for Children.
These gatherings addressed critical challenges faced by women in these municipalities, emphasizing the importance of awareness and prevention.
The events aligned with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (Nov 25 – Dec 10).
