Turning ideas into opportunities: 54 beneficiaries complete business training in Leskovac
As part of the project “Provision of support to IDPs and returnees in the return process in Leskovac,” 54 beneficiaries successfully completed business training focused on developing business ideas, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment.
Through interactive sessions and practical work, participants had the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in areas that are essential for starting and developing a business. Particular attention was given to:
- business plan development;
- financial management;
- marketing and communication;
- entrepreneurship skills development;
- identifying sustainable income-generating opportunities.
The training provided participants with practical guidance for developing their own business ideas and a better understanding of opportunities for self-employment. In addition to gaining new knowledge, beneficiaries were further empowered to plan their professional and entrepreneurial steps with greater confidence.
In the coming period, beneficiaries will receive mentoring support to help them further develop their ideas, improve their business plans, and more easily identify employment and self-employment opportunities.
Through this activity, ASB and the City of Leskovac, with the support of the European Union, are contributing to stronger economic inclusion and the creation of long-term opportunities for internally displaced persons and returnees in Serbia. The aim is to provide beneficiaries not only with knowledge, but also with concrete support for building a more stable and independent future.
