INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Small repairs as well as furniture and equipment for the Community Centers in the Cities of Dragas, Gracanica, and Novo Brdo.

ASB Office Prizren will implement the project “Supporting Women Integration in rural areas of Kosovo”, funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo. To improve and upgrade the conditions of these Centers, The ASB Office in Prizren Kosovo intends to launch a tender for supplies and small repairs/rehabilitation works on the above-mentioned centers with companies in Kosovo. The provisional launch of the tender expected to be  on June 17, 2024. Companies interested in the contract above should be registered firms authorized to perform required activities in the relevant fields by the current laws in Kosovo. Additional selection criteria will be defined in the tender documentation. Interested companies should submit a letter of expression of interest indicating for which city(s)/municipality of the three mentioned above they are interested in performing the works, together with copies of the most recent documents showing legal status and place of registration of the company, list of projects implemented in the last three years, to the postal address below, or electronically to [email protected], or at

The deadline for submission of an expression of interest for the above-mentioned services is June 14, 2024, at 15:00 hours. Please indicate ‘Letter of expression of interest’ in your letter, tender reference number KOS2401-001. Only companies who expressed their interest and fulfill requirements will be invited to participate in the referenced procurement procedure and provided with tender documentation.
