Mentoring and support to beneficiaries who finalized Vocational-Educational Trainings

ASB Serbia team spent few days in Leskovac, having meetings with potential employers at the premises of their companies and mentoring the beneficiaries of the project β€œSocial inclusion and economic empowerment of Roma population in 12 municipalities in Serbia”.

Motivated to help our beneficiaries best apply the knowledge they acquired at Business Start-Up Trainings and Vocational-Educational Trainings, we are exploring possibilities for cooperation between employers and beneficiaries, for potential training or future employment.
