ASB project team recently paid a visit to a beauty salon βDramirβ in Sid, where Vocational Educational Training within a project βππππππ πππππ’π πππ πππ ππππππππ πππππ€ππππππ‘ ππ π
πππ ππππ’πππ‘πππ ππ 12 ππ’πππππππiπ‘πππ ππ ππππππβ is taking place.
This specific training is making a significant impact on the lives of two remarkable women, who have undertaken the training to become certified manicure and pedicure specialists. The journey of these two women began with a dream and a determination to break barriers and provide better future for themselves and their families. Despite facing various challenges, Ljubica and Tamara are successfully approaching the end of the 3-month training process and are eager to start their entrepreneurial journeys after.
The training facility itself is a hub of energy and enthusiasm. The owner of the beauty studio, woman and mother of 2 is supportive and full of understanding for the new trainees. Trainees were visited by advisor, who follows them all the way through their learning experience, making sure they never lack information or guidance on the topic of interest.
This visit exemplified not only their personal dedication but also the profound importance of female collaboration and support as a true example of inclusion and female empowerment.
