The premises of the “Good Heart” association from Teslic in BiH, that hosts children with special needs everyday, have new look, thanks of ASB BiH team, supported by the German Federal Foreign Ministry and the Municipality of Teslic.
The bathroom, the kitchen and work areas have been fully reconstructed, for more pleasant stay of the young beneficiaries and dedicated staff with good hearts. In addition to that, 62 blenders have been donated to the association, since majority of beneficiaries must eat mashed food everyday.
“Our beneficiaries are young people, who enjoy meeting friends here and gladly participate at the activities organized for them by therapists and professional associates. Thanks to ASB team, the stay at the premises will be more productive, as we will be able to spend more time here and try to teach these young people how to prepare their own food and become slightly more independent”, said Mrs Biljana Nisavic, the President of the “Good Heart” association.
Mr Milan Milicevic, Mayor of the Municipality of Teslic, had expressed his satisfaction for the project well done and had stressed that ASB and this Municipality have long history of productive cooperation, helping many of its citizens throughout the years.
