ASB SEE was honored to attend the opening of 14th Sports Games for persons with intellectual disabilities, organized by the “Oaza” Association in Sarajevo from September 26-29, at the Center for Education, Sports and Recreation “Safet Zajko”. Over several days, athletes from multiple countries competed in seven sports: football, athletics, bocce, basketball, swimming, table tennis, and MATP for those with multiple disabilities.
The event, supported by Swedish non-governmental organization MyRight and funded by the EU, showcases the incredible abilities of these athletes and highlights the importance of inclusion and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Everyone gave their all—proving their strength, resilience, and rightful place in society!
