On October 5th, on Igman in BiH, the training for organizational and effective planning and management for civil society organizations had started. Strategic planning, responsible management, networking and fundraising are some of the topics about to be covered during the 4 days of training.
Participants, members of the IRIS BiH network, have completed the theoretical part of the training and are now undergoing the second part, working on strategic planning, divided in groups.
Lecturers – Dr. Adis Arabovic and Igor Stojanovic will guide participants through complex work on redefining visions and mission of the association, as the starting point in strategic planning.
The training is carried out as part of the project ′′Better social involvement through the empowered IRIS network of civil society organizations′′, financed by the European Union, implemented by LIR Civil Society and ASB South East Europe.
